The returns for February 2016 were great, again, in contrast to the broad market's continued dive into negative territory. Almost two years of gains have been wiped out in just a few weeks. We are back to levels of around September 2014. As you know, the All Seasons Portfolio model consists of five different Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) with the following % of holdings:
